Painted Dog Conservation (PDC) are located in Zimbabwe, one of painted dogs’ last strongholds. PDC works with the local communities to make sure they and the painted dogs that live alongside them, have a viable and sustainable future.
Fauna & Flora International
Fauna & Flora International’s work spans across the globe, with over 140 projects in over 40 countries, mostly in the developing world. They proudly stand up for biodiversity and aim to show just how relevant it is to all of those who share the planet.
ALTA is a coalition of international Non-Government Organisations (NGO) dedicated to running and supporting conservation projects to save the Amur leopard and tiger from extinction.
Polar Bears International
Polar Bears International is the only conservation organisation whose sole passion and focus is on polar bears. They’re known for their cutting-edge science, inspired use of media, and relentless drive to ensure polar bears remain a part of the Arctic forever.
The Giraffe Conservation Foundation is the only NGO in the world that concentrates solely on the conservation and management of giraffe in the wild across Africa. Dedicated to a sustainable future for all giraffe populations in the wild, GCF’s objective is to raise awareness for, provide support to and secure a future for giraffe and conserve their habitat in Africa.
Working for Madagascar’s highly endangered lemurs, through cooperation with the Malagasy people, the AEECL is a charitable organisation run by a consortium of European Zoos and Universities. One of their priorities is the blue-eyed black lemur (Eulemur macaco flavifrons), one of Madagascar’s rarest lemur species.
